Gentle destemming without crushing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging on the skins in 350-450 liter tinajas (amphorae) for 8 months. Blending and settling in concrete tanks from 15 to 40 hl until bottling.

Intense wine, with a dominant fruitiness, with blackberries and wild strawberries. Presence of floral notes of violet and musk.
Gusto

It is a fresh, balanced wine with fine tannins and remarkable persistence.
