Selection of Timorasso, from vines planted between 2004 and 2012, in silty-clay soil at an altitude of 350 m. Manual harvesting, with spontaneous fermentation and aging in steel and oak barrels. This beautiful grape variety presents fruity and floral aromas of peach and acacia and good minerality. With aging, the mineral and hydrocarbon notes, reminiscent of Riesling, become more marked and defined.
