Slavček's Ribolla Riserva is an elegant and sinuous macerated white wine, the result of a slow and deliberate evolution. Aged for two years in small, exhausted barrels, the Ribolla gains depth and complexity, creating a wine that is mineral and structured, yet at the same time soft and enveloping.
The sip is full and harmonious, supported by balance and precision, while the long and deep finish confirms its personality and ability to gracefully narrate time.
