Quinto Quarto is a white Friulian wine that genuinely and sincerely expresses the magnificent territory of Collio, the hilly area of Friuli Venezia Giulia, divided between Italy and Slovenia. The grapes, rigorously harvested after the harvest, which is strictly manual, go to the cellar where spontaneous fermentation takes place with maceration on the skins for 3 days. They then move on to the refinement phase, carried out in steel, like the previous one, for a duration of 8 months.
