Taurasi Riserva DOCG Puro Sangue by Luigi Tecce comes from vineyards of about 15 years. Following the concept that harvests are unrepeatable and that their individual identity must be interpreted and preserved, a spontaneous fermentation is carried out, with minimal use of chemicals. The wine is aged for 12 months in old tonneaux and then for a further 12 months in 50hl barrels, it rests for a further two years in the bottle before being marketed. The result is a red wine with character, absolutely worth trying.

Spontaneous fermentation and 40-day maceration in chestnut vats and open oak barrels. Aged for 12 months in tonneaux, 12 months in 50 hl oak barrels, and for 24 months following blending in the bottle.
