Macchion dei Lupi's Psyché is a Tuscan red, made from grapes from different harvests, picked much earlier than full ripeness. The wine represents a happy meeting between the indigenous grape variety of the territory (Sangiovese) and one of the noblest and most widespread French varieties (Cabernet Sauvignon). The character and freshness of the former, combined with the elegance and aromatic richness of the latter, come together to create a harmonious expression. Psyché aims to be a fresh and highly drinkable wine, with a dry and crisp sip, good structure, and refined elegance.
