Vinificazione

Crushing and destemming, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel containers using a pied de cuve, and maceration on the skins for 20-30 days. Aging in large oak barrels for 12 months, in stainless steel for another 12 months, and finally in the bottle for at least 6 months.
Profumo

Ripe red fruit, developing earthy and spicy notes. A wine of great olfactory intensity.
Gusto

On the palate it's balanced, with vigorous tannins that, together with a summer freshness and marine notes, make it a balanced, generous, and rich wine.
Abbinamento

Ideal with roasts and game dishes, it is also excellent with aged, blue, or piquant cheeses.
