Posca White Perpetual Wine Orsi San Vito
Posca was a thirst-quenching drink in ancient Rome. The name is intended to recall only the everyday nature of this wine and not its ancient composition. Obtained from white grapes and is the fruit of monthly topping up of a perpetual tank started in 2011, harmony of various vintages, with younger wine. On the nose, the aromas of elderberry, white peach and gooseberry stand out. On the palate it is very fresh, mineral and with an overwhelming drinkability.
