Crushing-destemming, spontaneous fermentation and submerged cap maceration in an open concrete vat (palmento) for 15 days. Ageing in concrete tanks for 4 years and in bottle for 1 year.

Delicate notes of red fruits, plums, and herbs, with spicy hints and undertones of cocoa and licorice.
Gusto

The palate is enveloped in a soft, embracing sip with a long, savory finish. The tannic texture is defined and well integrated.
