The Pinot Grigio from Slavček is produced through natural farming, with manual harvesting and careful selection of the grapes. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in barriques, with a maceration on the skins for about 8 days, followed by a long aging on the fine lees for two years, also in barriques. The wine undergoes neither fining nor filtration, maintaining its identity intact.
In the glass, it reveals itself to be original and straightforward, rich and vigorous, yet at the same time agile and balanced, supported by a lively acidity and a pronounced savoriness that guide the drinkability and lengthen the finish.
