Ortrugo grown on clay soils with rocky sand, from vineyards between 250 and 300 meters above sea level, never treated with herbicides for at least 30 years. Refermentation in bottle with indigenous yeasts and aging on the lees. The result is a slightly aromatic sparkling wine, with a precise and direct character.
