Nizon 2023 Domaine de L'Anglore

Nizon is a special cuvée created from the blend of five varieties, both red and white: Grenache, Bourboulenc, Aramon, Cinsault, and Clairette. The winemaking process involves a whole-cluster maceration of approximately 15 days, followed by an aging in demi-muid for 10 months, which gives the wine structure, depth, and balance, while preserving its finesse and territorial expression.
