The Metodo Classico represents the most refined and thoughtful vision of Ca’ dei Zago: a Valdobbiadene that abandons the idea of simple Prosecco to pursue elegance, depth, and time. Produced from Glera with small percentages of Verdiso, Perera, and Bianchetta, it originates from hillside vineyards cultivated organically, vinified with spontaneous fermentations and re-fermented in the bottle according to the traditional method. After over 14 months on the lees, it is disgorged without dosage, to restore the purity of the fruit and the mineral tension typical of Valdobbiadene's calcareous soils. A Metodo Classico of rare precision, combining peasant tradition and contemporary sensibility with essential elegance.
