Masieri - Rosso Veneto IGT 2024 La Biancara by Angiolino Maule
Produced with grapes from Angiolino's youngest vines, which grow on the typical volcanic soil of Gambellara. No chemical or synthetic products are used in the vineyard, and after a careful manual harvest, which involves selecting the best grapes, the bunches are brought to the cellar. Spontaneous fermentation then takes place in wooden vats, and maceration on the skins lasts 13 days. The liquid ages for 8 months in steel.
