The Malvasia Istriana in purity comes from vineyards aged between 15 and 35 years, cultivated on a unique and irregular soil, where the layer of earth varies from a few centimeters up to about 60 cm, before giving way to the limestone rock called "pokarbonata". It is precisely this substrate that gives the wine a strong personality and olfactory and gustatory sensations of great intensity.
After harvesting, the grapes macerate for three days in contact with the skins in stainless steel, before being transferred to concrete for aging, a choice that preserves tension, purity and territorial expression. The nose reveals fresh balsamic notes, reminiscent of rosemary, accompanied by a surprising tropical pulpiness, with hints of mango. The sip is immediately salivating, supported by a marked savoriness that prolongs the drink with great naturalness.
