80% Cortese, 20% Malvasia and 5% Chasselas, starting with a slightly early harvest in order to achieve freshness and vivacity. It is an ancestral method, where the starting point is a wine that is bottled with about 20g of residual sugars and naturally re-ferments in the bottle.
Brut & Beast is a sparkling white in the noblest sense of the term: authentic, spontaneous, deeply convivial. A wine that tells the story of Valli Unite's spirit and its idea of wine as a collective gesture.
