Mad dog Warwick Riesling 2021 Madame Flock

Madame Flock's Mad Dog Warwick is a tribute to the man who brought the two winemakers together and is made from pure Riesling grapes, sourced from three different vineyards, with vine ages ranging from 30 to 80 years. After destemming, the grapes remain in contact with the skins for a few hours before aging: 80% of the mass matures for 9 months in large barrels, while the remainder ages in steel.

On the nose, the wine expresses itself with great finesse, showing saline sensations, notes of spicy citrus, and an elegant hint of cinnamon, enriching its aromatic complexity. The palate is lively and crisp, leaving the mouth clean and fresh, making it an extremely pleasant and versatile wine, ideal for accompanying aperitifs and convivial dinners.
