Savagnin in purity that comes from those full barrels that do not reach the level of ethanal necessary to become Vin Jaune. Vinified in white, it rests in wood for at least two winters and is characterized by a tense, lively and balanced profile between saline thrust and tropical echoes, with aromas of dried and candied fruit.
