Les Gosses - Valle D'Aosta DOP 2022 The Cunéaz Nadir Cellar
Composed of old, typically Aosta Valley varieties, namely 60% Vien de Nus, 25% Petit Rouge, and 15% Vuillermin, cultivated in young vineyards located in Jovençan and Gressan. Harvesting takes place at full ripeness, generally during October, always manually in small crates. The grapes are destemmed and pressed, then left to ferment with their skins for 15 days. After racking, the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for at least 12 months, with transfers only as needed. Before being put on sale, the wine rests for 4 months in the bottle.
