Tony Bonard

Le Ginglet Trousseau 2022 Tony Bornard

Composed of the most structured red grape typical of Jura, trousseau vinified in purity. Fermentations occur spontaneously thanks to indigenous yeasts. It has been bottled with the natural fermentation gas, which could be present in the wine and helps it in conservation, since no added sulfur is added. When opening, wait a moment before drinking it, but do not let it age in the bottle because it is to be drunk immediately to fully enjoy its crispness and authenticity.
