La Sortie de Route 2021 Chardonnay Arnaud & Malou Greiner
Chardonnay from vines over 35 years old that grow on clay soil up to 40 centimetres thick and which has a rocky substrate of limestone. Aged in a large 600-liter used wooden barrel. The barrel allows oxygen to filter through the wood into the wine, thus protecting it for the future through light oxidation. A powerful but very fine expression of Jura.
