La Boudinerie 2023 Domaine Noëlla Morantin
Noëlla Morantin's Boudinerie takes its name from the tuffeau stone courtyard where Noëlla lived and set up her first cellar, a place that still carries the scent of the domaine's origins. The wine is 100% Gamay from 27-year-old vines on clayey sands in Pouillé, on the banks of the Cher. Like all of Noëlla's cuvées, it is classified as Vin de France, a conscious choice that allows her to work without the constraints of local AOCs. A drinkable and straightforward Gamay, designed for immediate pleasure but with a well-defined personality.
