Franco Terpin's Jakot is an IGT Delle Venezie that resolutely expresses its territorial character. The grapes include a selection of Tocai Friulano from the marl hills on the border with Slovenia. Spontaneous fermentation begins in steel vats in contact with the skins for 10 days, then it moves to oak barrels for 18 months. A fresh and fragrant Friulano, obtained from a selection of the best grapes, aged in oak barrels, after spontaneous fermentation in contact with the skins. Unfiltered.
