Light and delicately fruity rosé wine based on Cinsault, obtained with a carbonic maceration of 10 days. The first vintage is from 2018, when Alex, due to problems in the vineyard, decided not to produce some of his cuvées, and with the remaining grapes, produced a new wine that reflected the season. It is low in alcohol and can be served cold as a rosé.

Vendemmia manuale. Grappoli interi, macerazione ~2 settimane. Fermentazione spontanea con lieviti indigeni, senza controllo della temperatura. Affinamento in vasca. Senza chiarifica, senza filtrazione, senza solfiti aggiunti.
Profumo

The nose is very delicate with aromas of red fruit and spices.
Gusto

On the palate it is light and fresh with notes of fruit, spices and invigorating minerals.
