Pure Pinot Noir grown in the vineyards of Gressan and Jovenac and left with its skins for 15 days, racked and left to rest in old barriques for its refinement for at least 1 year. Then the bottle will work its magic, giving floral scents of violet and bud and herbaceous spring notes, which dance around fruity and inviting notes, all in a subtle and refined way, without excess and excellent body. A precious wine.
