Fuoripista tells of an alternative path, a way out of the ordinary, a different vision and perception of nature. Fuoripista Pinot Grigio was born from the collaboration between Foradori and Marco Devigili, a biodynamic winemaker from Campo Rotaliano, and aims to express the essence of a very common variety in Trentino. The wine's stay on the skins for more than 8 months in tinajas (amphorae) reveals the delicate character of this Pinot Grigio

Gentle destemming without crushing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging on the skins in 350 to 450-liter tinajas (amphorae) for 9 months. Blending and decanting in 15 to 40 hl concrete tanks until bottling. |
