Soft pressing and spontaneous fermentation via pied de cuve in stainless steel tanks. Aging on fine lees in the same tanks for 6 months with frequent battonage.
Profumo

The nose is divided between hints of exotic fruit, hay, and honey. Beautiful flint note that expands the olfactory profile.
Gusto

On the palate it is slender and juicy, as well as extremely enjoyable, also by virtue of a soft and enveloping mouthfeel.
