Derthona is the most straightforward and honest representation of what Timorasso is: an indigenous grape variety from the Tortona area capable of expressing character, substance, and longevity. This wine is made from young vines that offer freshness and immediacy, a Timorasso ready to drink, vibrant and direct.
The color is straw yellow with greenish hues, a sign of youth and vitality. On the nose, the typical aromatic notes of the grape emerge: white flowers, aromatic herbs, citrus notes, and a slight stony minerality. In the mouth, the sugar content is perfectly balanced by a lively and crisp acidity, a distinctive characteristic of Timorasso. The finish is round and full, with good persistence and a pleasant sensation of freshness that invites the next sip.
