Crescendo 2024 Tenuta Selvadolce
Crescendo is Selvadolce's Pigato: a territorial, expressive and maritime white wine, bringing to the glass all the character of the terraced hills of Bordighera, just a few kilometers from the French border. Pigato is an indigenous grape variety of western Liguria, intimately linked to this coast, faithfully reflecting the combination of the Riviera sun, sea breeze and Mistral wind that define the estate's microclimate. Aris Bancardi ferments it in wood, without intervention, following the principles of biodynamics, which he has used to manage the 7 hectares of vineyards since 2004. The result is a white wine with a rich and satisfying drinkability, maritime and mineral, which evolves in the glass over time.
