These vineyards have been active for about 4 generations and we can find vines in production from a minimum of 5 years of age up to a maximum of 80 years. After the manual harvest, the must remains for at least 11 months in large barrels, then producing an intense wine with great personality and capable of expressing characteristics of greater expressiveness after a few years of aging.
