Chardonnay Arbois AOP 2023 Caveau du Val de l’Amour
The Chardonnay Arbois from Caveau de Val de l’Amour comes from old vines cultivated in Cramans by Sylvain Jacquot, a winegrower who, since 2016, has independently managed two hectares distributed between the Côte du Jura and Arbois appellations. The vines, with an average age of fifty years, are worked manually without the use of invasive treatments or mechanization. In the cellar, winemaking follows natural principles: spontaneous fermentations, no filtration, and minimal intervention, allowing the terroir to express itself. This Chardonnay is offered in the ouillé, topped-up version, which enhances freshness and minerality, without oxidative notes.
