The description of the winery, directly from its founder:
”Elios was born in 2015, the year in which we both found ourselves having to decide on the future of our career paths.
Both dissatisfied with our work, both tired of working for other people's dreams. Both in love with natural wines.
Even though we had different backgrounds, what we had in common was our love for nature and for Sicily and the desire to give new vitality to our families' farms, which until then had been dominated by the industrial groups to whom we sold off grapes and olives.

The beginning of our project was not easy. We bet on our lands and dared something unusual for our area.

Virtually everyone who lives in our province (Trapani) is a large grape producer but not a wine producer. Nowadays, no one wants to risk a single euro to produce wine. Producers prefer to be sure of selling grapes, even if at a low price, to large wineries, rather than having to create a market for themselves. Therefore, we live in a comfort zone but at the same time we cyclically complain about the price and the low-profit agricultural model.

Instead, we decided to go against the grain, dreaming of relaunching the territory by betting on the potential of our farms and our grapes.”
