“Semplicemente Vino Rosa” is a simple, immediate and drinkable expression, produced in compliance with the teachings of Stefano Bellotti, a pioneer of biodynamics in Italy, with spontaneous fermentation in large oak barrels. It is a fresh, immediate, fruity and drinkable rosé wine, with aromas of small red fruits, flowers and aromatic herbs.

Vinificazione

Pressatura diretta senza macerazione sulle bucce. Fermentazione spontanea con lieviti indigeni in botti di rovere. Affinamento 8 mesi in botti di rovere da 25 hl, poi in vasche di cemento. Zero solfiti aggiunti, non filtrato.

Immediate and fruity, with small red fruits, raspberries, cherries, flowers and aromatic herbs.

Fresh, light, simple, fruity, dynamic, and smooth.
