Yellow Ribolla 2021 Slavcek
The Ribolla by Slavček is a fresh, thirst-quenching, and intense macerated white wine, rightfully considered one of the most representative wines of this historic Slovenian winery, which has been offering authentic oenological gems for over three centuries.
Produced using traditional techniques, it comes from a small half-hectare vineyard on marly soils near Potok, a place name that literally means “in the middle of the woods”. This location defines its character: honest, vibrant, and deeply connected to its environment.
In the glass, it appears impetuous and overwhelming, with a marked yet balanced personality, capable of being both the absolute star of the evening and the ideal food companion, thanks to its energetic, savory, and engaging drinkability.
