Long and reactive, it surprises with a balance between tannic texture and acidity, particularly bright. Very long, on a finish reminiscent of citrus.

Throughout the meal, Nando's Rebula pairs well with rich risottos and pasta dishes. Excellent with stuffed, baked, and risotto-style pasta. Also at the end of the meal, with medium-aged cheeses.
