Orange Wines are wines produced with white grapes but vinified like red wines, that is with macerations, or contact of the must with skins and yeasts. The duration of maceration can vary from a few days to several months, depending on the structure of the product you want to obtain.

In fact, not all orange wines are the same, and not all orange wines are particularly “orange” in color.
