Chardonnay du Hasard is a complex, rich white wine with a pleasant oxidation in classic Jura style. The grapes come from a parcel of over 65 years and the aging lasts for 4 years in wood, 3 of which under "voile". It has great complexity in structure, with a saline and oxidative matrix, accompanied by intense and ethereal notes of melted caramel, barley, walnut, cooked apple and hints of undergrowth.

Profumo

Complex and original on the nose, with hints of walnut, toasted almond, spice, cooked fruit, and barley sugar, alongside ethereal notes and nuances of musk and earth.
Gusto

The richness and intensity are confirmed on the palate, where the warm softness and marked saline note are accompanied by perfectly integrated ethereal and oxidative sensations.
