Le Trousseau is the jewel in the crown of Montigny-les-Arsures. This is where it is most represented. Indeed, Le Trousseau likes soils made up of greasy gravel that we find widely in the estate's soils. This terroir constitutes for the Trousseau a treasure chest of sweetness that will allow it to flourish on our south-east exposed slopes. This great gentleman is a red wine of high lineage and great aging potential. It knows how to combine fruit and tannins. Its youthful aromas, reminiscent of cherry, evolve towards notes of black cherry and then animal notes with aging.
