Les Traverses Rouge 2022 Domaine de Courbissac

Grenache, Sirah and Mourvedre from vines aged between 15 and 40 years, at altitudes of around 250 metres. Manual harvest in crates from clay-limestone mosaic soils, while spontaneous fermentation with its own yeasts is done in 60 hl concrete vats with whole bunch maceration for 9/12 days without mechanical extraction, which respects the fruit, the wine and the energy of its yeasts. It rests 6 months in stainless steel before bottling. Expect a wonderful bouquet of lavender, thyme and grenadine that leads to a superfine, perfumed and sexy palate – somehow delicate, yet seductive, but pure, all at the same time. Another brilliant wine not to be missed!
