Andreas Gsellmann's Chardonnay Exempel is born in Gols, in the heart of the Austrian Burgenland, from biodynamically cultivated vineyards. Andreas interprets Chardonnay with a pure, elegant, and strongly territorial style: spontaneous fermentation, aging in used oak barrels, and no filtration, for a white wine with a great balance of creaminess, freshness, and minerality. "Exempel" in German means "example": a clear manifesto of Gsellmann's philosophy, which combines respect for nature and artisanal precision.
