It is the family's blend: \u003cstrong\u003eChardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio\u003c\/strong\u003e — three international varieties that, on this \u003cstrong\u003ePonka\u003c\/strong\u003e soil and with this maceration protocol, become something unrecognizable compared to any other expression of them in the world. Same vineyard, same philosophy as Ribolla and Jakot: 3-4 months of skin contact in open truncated oak vats, manual punch-downs three or four times a day, then over three years in large barrels, then 18 months in bottle. The wine is released six years after the harvest. Approximately \u003cstrong\u003e6,000 bottles\u003c\/strong\u003e, no filtration, no fining, minimal traces of naturally occurring sulfites.
