It is the family blend: \u003cstrong\u003eChardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Grigio\u003c\/strong\u003e — three international varieties that, on this \u003cstrong\u003ePonka\u003c\/strong\u003e soil and with this maceration protocol, become something unrecognizable compared to any other expression of them in the world. Same vineyard, same philosophy as Ribolla and Jakot: 3-4 months of skin contact in open truncated oak vats, manual punch-downs three or four times a day, then over three years in large barrels, then 18 months in the bottle. The wine is released six years after the harvest. No filtration, no fining, minimal traces of naturally occurring sulfites.
