It is a pure Sangiovese from the estate's young vineyards, the same galestro hills that host the house's Brunello, at the foot of the \u003cstrong\u003eAbbey of Sant'Antimo\u003c\/strong\u003e. Luca and Tea Fanti, who now manage the winery with their father Flavio, cultivate it using \u003cstrong\u003ecertified organic farming\u003c\/strong\u003e, spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts and bacteria, and one year of aging divided between steel and used French oak tonneaux, deliberately chosen not to mask the fruit.
