I am Paolo Forelli and the extra virgin olive oil Le Creve Garda DOP is the oil that I started producing chasing a dream a few years ago. For me, growing olives is like writing a book, in which I want to show my pride, my stubbornness and get the most out of overcoming difficulties. This is why my oil is produced with respect for nature, leaving healthy olive trees to my children who, if they want, as they grow up, will be able to engage with this activity while respecting the values that I want to teach them today. Agricultural production is increasingly tainted by the industrial model, flours are enriched with gluten to make it easier to process, GMO products, intensive cultivation, herbicides. As a result, our bodies get sick, the chemical components used for cultivation make our foods “contaminated”. This is why I want to grow olive trees naturally without using products that are harmful to our health. Healthy olive trees rich in fruit will be a testimony to my passion.”
